A compact, reblooming lilac known for its deep purple, fragrant flower clusters. It typically produces its first heavy bloom in late spring, followed by repeat blooms through summer and into early fall under good growing conditions. The flowers are highly fragrant and attractive to pollinators.
This rounded, dense shrub is well suited for smaller landscape spaces, borders, and foundation plantings. It performs best in full sun with well-drained soil and is very cold hardy, making it well suited to Ontario climates.
