A small ornamental tree form lilac known for its dense, rounded canopy of fragrant pale lilac to lavender-pink flowers. Blooms appear in late spring and are highly fragrant, attracting pollinators. Dark green foliage remains attractive through summer and may develop bronze tones in fall.
This standard-form lilac is well suited to small landscape spaces, patios, or garden beds where a compact ornamental tree form is desired. It performs best in full sun with well-drained soil and is very cold hardy, making it well suited to Ontario climates.
