A narrow, upright evergreen shrub with dense, blue-green foliage and a strong columnar growth habit. It is well suited for hedges, screens, windbreaks, or as a vertical accent in landscape plantings. It produces small, bluish berry-like cones that are attractive to birds.
This juniper grows best in full sun and well-drained soil. It is excellent for drought tolerance once established, tolerates wind well, and has good salt tolerance.
