A compact, rounded deciduous shrub with bright golden-yellow foliage that provides vibrant colour throughout the growing season. Its small size makes it ideal for borders, rock gardens, or foundation plantings. In fall, the foliage may develop warm orange to red tones, and it produces small red berries that attract birds.
This barberry grows best in full sun to partial shade and prefers well-drained soil. It is hardy, low maintenance, and tolerant of drought once established.
