A deciduous ornamental tree known for its classic pyramidal form and finely cut, glossy green foliage. In fall, the leaves turn brilliant shades of red to orange, adding striking seasonal color. Its naturally upright, narrow shape makes it ideal for streetscapes, formal gardens, or as a specimen tree in medium to large landscapes.
Valued for architectural form, brilliant fall color, and low-maintenance growth, it grows best in full sun and prefers well-drained to moderately moist soils. Minimal pruning is needed, mainly to remove dead or crossing branches.
