Royal Burgundy Barberry
If item has 5 or less in stock, please request a quote to confirm availability with our nursery. We will get back to you within a day to provide a timeline to fulfill order.
A compact, rounded deciduous shrub with deep burgundy-purple foliage that provides striking colour throughout the growing season. Its small size makes it ideal for borders, rock gardens, or foundation plantings. In fall, the foliage may intensify in colour, and it produces small red berries that attract birds.
This barberry grows best in full sun to partial shade and prefers well-drained soil. It is hardy, low maintenance, and tolerant of drought once established.
