When Will I Hear About My Delivery?

Our delivery schedule is set the night before, and you’ll receive a call that evening confirming whether your order is planned for the morning or afternoon. On the day of your delivery, the foreman will call once the truck is loaded and en route, providing you with an estimated arrival time. While we always do our best to stay on schedule, please understand that unforeseen circumstances (such as delays at a previous stop, weather, or site complications) may cause adjustments. We’ll keep you updated along the way and encourage you to call the office if you’d like a status update.
