Delivery & Installation
When Will I Hear About My Delivery?
Our delivery schedule is set the night before, and you’ll receive a call that evening confirming whether your order is planned for the morning or afternoon. On the day of your delivery, the foreman will call once the truck is loaded and en route, providing...
Do You Provide A Time For Delivery?
We do not provide exact delivery times, but we do our best to keep you informed.
How Do I Schedule A Delivery?
To schedule a delivery, you can either call us or visit the store to place an order for the products you need. We offer different types of delivery depending on the size and type of material, so we’ll pair you with the option that best suits your order...
What If My Property Is Muddy Or It Rains Before Installation?
Our crews always aim to leave your property as clean as possible, but sometimes weather can create challenges, especially with large equipment on soft or muddy ground. In these cases, we cannot power wash driveways or paths. If conditions are unsuitable, we may suggest rescheduling your installation to avoid damage, or you may choose to proceed understanding that some cleanup will be required afterward.
How Much Is Your Delivery Rate?
Our delivery charges vary depending on a few key factors, including your location, the type of product being delivered, and the vehicle required to complete the delivery.
What About Underground Utilities Like Irrigation Or Wires?
For tree planting, we are required to book locates through Ontario One Call, but homeowners are responsible for identifying any private irrigation or low-voltage lighting lines.
I Have An Old Tree Stump Where I’d Like My New Tree. How Can I Plant There?
If you have a stump where you’d like your new tree, we can help. We offer stump grinding as part of our planting services so the area can be properly cleared and prepared.
What Can I Do To Help Ensure A Smooth Delivery Or Installation?
The more we know about your property, the better we can prepare. Please share details about access (narrow driveways, gates, slopes), the presence of irrigation lines, or any specific placement instructions ahead of time. It’s also important to let us know about any possible stumps in the area of planting, so we can bring the proper equipment. Clear, accurate site information helps us assign the right crew, truck, and tools, which makes the delivery or installation smoother, quicker, and safer.
